So I'm looking forward to watching Croatoan to night. I hear it's really good and I really excited about it. Hopefully people will chat about it with me after it's aired? :)
Ok, that episode was shocking. I came away feeling really low. It was scary to see what Dean was capable of, although I knew what he was prepared to do seeing it was something different.
Poor Dean though, things are really getting on top of him. He was so prepared to die rather than kill Sammy. And did you notice how he'd given up that much he was giving away his car!!! Never thought I'd see the day that would happen!
And Sammy was really brave, even though he was obviously scared of dying he was prepared to if that's what it took.
I wonder if that was Meg at the end in Duane's body, has she crawled her way up from hell? Although for a split second I thought he was an evil special kid.
I wonder if Duane went back and took out the Dr?
Over all a very disturbing episode and very mean of them to leave it on that cliffhanger, but what else did we expect?
I enjoyed it! :)
I just love the Croatan episode, even if coming from Italy and non knowing English as much as i wish...
At first i though the premonition Sam had was a joke sent him by the YED, then it was a test from a very cruel higher been to test Dean then again end up thinkin that it was a challenge for both the Winchester, for Sam to judge how "nasty" he could get when things went from bad to really really bad, andfor Den to see how far he would go to save his brother so the Yellow-Eyed-Demon could set up some trapfor Dean to prevent him to save Sam.
As it concern Meg, I really don't think she's the one behid Duane's possession, maybe just a nameless demon who help the demon , and I think that poor Duane now is dead, so whoever whas behind him killed fr not leaving any witness.
I liked that episode, but it's not in my top ten. You are right about the major downer, and here in the States, that one came just before a major hiatus for the holidays so the cliffhanger really was a doozy.
I was dissapointed when the doctor came back and knocked and inturrupted what Dean was saying. I would have like to have heard the rest of what he was trying to tell Sam.
As far as the demon goes, you'll find out whether or not it was Meg in a later episode, but I don't want to spoil it for you.
Go back and re-watch it after you know the secret (which is revealed at the beginning of Hunted), and a lot of Dean's expresions and what he says during that scene when he thought it was the end have a lot deeper meaning.
"An errand is getting a tank of gas or picking up a carton of milk or something. It is not getting chased by flying purple pyromaniac gorillas hurling incendiary poo."
